Getting a new theory test certificate

Not exactly money saving as such but I passed my theory test in April 2012 and have been learning to drive since.
I got married in October last year and I've updated my license to my married name. I am due to book my test in the next couple of weeks but I haven't got my theory test certificate anymore.
My new name doesn't have a theory test associated with it although I've obviously passed. I've emailed Pearson and they've just sent me the standard "To get your theory test number blah blah blah" back which doesn't work and everytime I phone I get stuck on hold for about 20 mins and can't get through in my lunch break. Anybody know of anywhere else I can contact to get this done as obviously it's a bit stressful!
