Well, being pedantic, no you couldn't.
Firstly, the image has text, which isn't allowed. Secondly, if this is an item which isn't new then it can't be a stock photo.

that image is just an example as you could create you own on the same lines or just right click and save a stock image and use it.
dont forget some business sellers use provided stock images for their items. and their are many images on ebay with text for things link ink cartridges, web hosting etc.0 -
