No Standing charges on Gas prepayment?

Hi there
I moved into my flat in May last year - it has a gas prepayment meter, E-on being the supplier.
My gas heats hot water and provides central heating (cooking is electric). In summer my weekly consumption has been around £5, outside summer £10 a week, moving to around £20 in winter (peaking at £25-£30 a week in very cold weather).
I am stuck with a prepayment meter - I cannot switch to a direct debit type account as I have a recent history of CCJs awarded against me for credit card debts. (Incidentally, electricity is on a billed basis, I switched to British Gas last autumn).
Towards the end of this year, I am likely to be abroad for a few months at a time and I was wondering whether there are any suppliers doing deals where there is no standing charge?
Thanks.
