I rejoined the AA last September using this offer but never received my £20 Boots voucher. I rang them 12th January and Derek told me he was going to chase it up for me. I've still not received them so I rang the AA again yesterday and was told there was a problem with the code (B5757) and nobody got Boots vouchers. (I've still got their letter with the code in it.) I am disappointed that the AA didn't sort this out when I first called them last month. It puts them in a very poor light. I am sure there are others who have just forgotten about the vouchers and after a search this seemed like the best place to post. I called them on the freephone number in my letter - 0800 975 7440.

Hi Shirley999, we'd like to look into this. If you have not yet received your vouchers, please email the details including your full name, address and membership number to chat@theaa.com Reference FOR63093. Thank you, The AA

  • I had been a member of the AA for over 10 years. Last year when it was due for renewal I had been very ill and not able to work. So canceled all my DD'S from my bank. The AA tried to take the payment twice before I had canceled my DD'S my FAULT. Then I get a call from the AA telling me my cover had lapsed. I explained I was ill and skint so could not renew. My credit card which I never use has gone to paperless, So I have to read them on line. I am not at all good at using the computer, So have never looked at them. Last week I did manage to look at them with some help. To my horror the AA had accessed my account and taken £166.00 last august. How have they done that when I only ever paid from my current account.???. When I called the AA last week they said they have no record of taking this payment!!!! And I should write to them with proof, like my credit card statement. I have no printer and only a note book and not good at any of it. so I said maybe they should send me there statements from last august instead. No joke why would I trust these people with anymore of my details. The way I see it they stole my money and that is fraud!!!! I have emailed them and have to wait 8 weeks for then to look into the case. They say they will write to me but I have moved address. so emailed to tell them that, As of yet no reply. Be careful giving the AA ANY PERSONAL DETAILS.!!!!!
