Voluntary Termination without a full service history

Does not having a full service history stop you from VT'ing the finance or does it result in a charge after?, it's with black horse anybody any info?

    A friend of mine VTd a BMW Finance car and he was charged.

    Don't know about Black Horse but I suspect any finance company would as it is likely to reduce the car value at auction.

    Thanks, as long as its not a show stopper and I can still VT the car, and obviously as long as they don't go massively over the top with the charges!

    Unless your Finance Agreement stipulates that you have to have the vehicle serviced as per manufacturers specification, then not having it serviced does not preclude you from doing a VT.

    If you FA does stipulate it, and you haven't, then you have broken the terms of the agreement and the company would be within their rights to refuse a VT.
