My credit card application

Hi, referring to my previous thread, pre-selected for my rbs branch credit card.

I posted the application 10 days ago now, & have not been contacted by mail email or phone as of yet.

Is this a rough timescale for post applications, but I thought they may have contacted me after 10 days regarding my application.

Give them a call and ask, it won't harm your application.

Thanks, Called them today, still nothing on the system, does that mean its a no, as its been 10,11 days now, they said phone back in a couple of days, but 14 days seems a bit of time for a succesful appplication,
