Thanks every one for your kind replies. I can agree on one hand with my current situation I shouldn't be looking to buy a car on lease. On the other hand with the circumstances I have to find a solution. I am now trying to fix the small things to make car reliable for some time before going to get another one, probably by december/ january time farme. Lets hope mine works till than.
