Credit card Fraud by www.ibuyit.buz

I got my CC bill a couple of days ago and there was a transaction from a web site which I have never visited. The ammount was for 101 EUR which is just over £70.
I phoned my CC company, and they surprised me.....
I was told 'They were aware of the company' [ibuyit.buz] and have set up a fraud investigation.
They immediatly cancelled my account and arranged to setup a new one for me.
