Commonwealth Games 2014 letting flat

Hi guys,

I'm thinking about letting my flat for the commonwealth games next years I'm just not sure about how to go about it or what to expect, whether to use an agency or not.

Did anyone one here let out their property for the Olympics would be good to get your input.
