You've just made yourself look simple merely by using that chavtastic word :rotfl:
Says the guy who put 'Yawn' in a previous post.
I suggest you go back to sleep and give us all a rest.0 -
During customer service training, we were told that a complaint could be defined as "an expression of dissatisfaction whether justified or not" - in short, some people complain because they either have a different expectation of the service that they have received, or have actually received a level of service below that which the organisation has promised to deliver.
Unfortunately, people still think that the customer is always right and that companies should bend over backwards in order to deliver above and beyond their statutory rights.0 -

This result comes from using the forum search tool searching for the following words in the thread title:
Poor in title = 300+
Appalling = 106
Discusting = 120
Rude = 300+
I wouldn't say there aren't many, searches bring up loads!0 -

I get the impression the poster was asking for examples where the post was unfair to say the above words, not just where they were used.
And service is on the whole poor because people don't care, or are grossly incompetent, or worse a combination of the two.0 -
Thank you Money Saving King, afraid I don't know either how to do that, or post links.0

A quick search for "disgusting" (even with the typo corrected), thread titles on, Praise vents and warnings forum gives 18 results in the last 8 years. Across all MSE forums it's only 120 in 8 years, a massive 15 a year - how will you ever cope.
Especially given that most of these 120 have no reference to service, and include such gems as "help please with my dogs disgusting habit".
So in fact, there aren't many.
Lets make it easier. Link to "loads" of these threads posted in the last month. If there's that many it'll surely be easy for you to find them all.
Or are you and stevemLS just overacting way more than the people you're moaning about?0 -

I know this is the sort of thing you'd do but personally I can think of better things to do with 10 minutes of my time!0 -

To moan at the CEO over an assistant checking a faulty return.
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/1445099
To moan about Sports Direct refund policy
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4724671
To moan about a shuttle bus not being available the instant the poster wanted it, at 5.15am (awful service, rather than disgusting)
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4727369
To moan about a pelican crossing not responding for 40 seconds (absurd and crazy)
And, of course, the Subway won't do me off menu choices or even given me a free sample, beauty.
Not sure if I am posting links properly so will leave it there - those are just my picks out of the first two pages.0 -
Why is it that service which does not meet, to the tiniest detail, the precise wants of the customer is poor/appalling/disgusting/[insert hyperbole of choice]
Some posters on here would go into a newsagent, ask to buy a car, and post on here that the newsagent didn't have one!
I find if expectations are reasonable, most retailers will want to be able to give you want you are after.
I went to my local BMW dealer as I was interested in getting a new Volvo. They did not have any and refused to sell me a new Volvo saying they only sold BMW'S. This is disgusting customer service and must be against some kind of discrimination law that I have just invented in my head. Won't be going to that BMW showroom again when I am looking to buy my next SAAB.
AVOID ALL BMW SHOWROOMS THAT REFUSE TO SELL YOU A JAGUAR!!!Iva started Dec 2018.0 -

I would take my custom away from them if I were you.
Seems an entirely reasonable request to me, after all they are a car shop - why on earth wouldn't they have a volvo.
Did you ask them to give you a little one as a sample? Bet the sods wouldn't have done that either.0
