New category

Although I believe this site is very helpful as it is, I do think it would benefit with a new category added.
I would like to see a 'Chargeback' category for discussions and advice. This scheme is not so well known, but provides you with a level of protection when using your debit card.
I believe it would be useful for users as this would bring the scheme into the spotlight, potentially helping hundreds of people that may have not known.
Also, people who do know of it may not know too much about it, what is required, what it covers etc...
I have seen various posts where users are misinformed, ending up expecting the chargeback scheme to be an instant refund of their money, and I think it would be helpful to have the facility to discuss the scheme and and issues.

As you have only joined MSE within the last 3 weeks, perhaps you are unaware of this existing MSE article regarding Visa, Mastercard & Amex Chargebacks ?

I don't think it would be appropriate to create a whole board just to discuss a single MSE article. There is, as usual, a thread created where you can discuss this article (link at end of article)
