Hi, I am tiling my bathroom, the skirting board is off, should I tile to the floor and then put new skirting board on top of the tiles. Or should I put new skirting on and tile to skirting board.

Tile to the floor then gripfill the skirting over the top
if you are tiling the floor as well tile the floor before fitting the bottom row
of wall tiles its aneater finish this way0
