Can anyone please recommend a sealant that I can spray on a stone building to protect from rain?

Was looking at this one but it says brush or roller application, I need one that can be sprayed on preferably.

I'd go for the K501 as well. The first coat should be applied by brush so that you can make sure you work it into all the cracks, holes and crevices. If you don't and leave holes in it everywhere you have wasted your money.
Make sure your wall is quite dry first though for two reasons. First if its wet then the stuff won't stck although the K501 is more tolerant than the Thomsons and secondly if you manage to seal mositure in then it only has one way out and that's inwards.

Thanks for the tips. It may be tricky to find a time here where it is dry! Hopefully can manage it. I take it that you think it will need more than 2 coats then?
I think I will have to hire someone to do this for me as the house is tall and I don't have the ladders (or nerve) to go up the gable wall and do it myself.
