Disputing a JSA decision - Full time education

This is a copy of the letter I have sent to my local job centre disagreeing with a decision not to pay me JSA until 01 Sept 2013, due to me being in full time education
"To Whom It May Concern
I write to you today regarding your letter of 18 July 2013, stating that I was unable to be paid Jobseekers Allowance due to being in Full Time Education. I have contacted yourselves via telephone today, 26 July 2013, at approximately 3:45 pm, and have been told that this is due to my University having listed the end of term date for one of the Accounting and Finance Courses as being the 31 August 2013. I enclose a copy of the term dates from londonmet ac uk/studying/admissions/the-application-process/academic-term-dates/201213-term-dates/(As new User unable to post links) stating that the end of term is 7 June 2013, for all undergraduates who enrolled in September.
I also enclose a copy of a letter from London Metropolitan University Undergraduate Office, stating that my expected date of completion for BA Accounting and Finance is 26 July 2013. This delayed date is due to re-sits, which I had enquired about at Job Centre Plus Basildon, and was informed by S*****, over the telephone, at 13:50 on 05 July 2013, that sitting these re-sits would not affect the date of my being able to claim, but that I would not be paid Jobseekers Allowance for the 3 days during which I was taking the re-sits."
What are my chances of getting JSA from either 05 July 2013 or 26 July 2013?

no, you have to explicitly state your desire to appeal a decision0

I may have phrased the title of the thread wrongly, as I was advised, both by the letter I received denying my claim and by the JCP themselves, that I would have to get the decision re-looked at and if that was still not favorable I would then have to appeal. ( will try and change the title of the thread)0

Is this likely to get the decision changed or not?0
