Thrifty Wedding Invitations?

Hi all,
My Fiancee and I are at the point of printing and sending invitations for our wedding.
I have designed the invitations myself, being a comms person at work. I used publisher, got some nice clean graphics, and it looks pretty good.
The plan is to get some nice Hammer Textured card off ebay and print them out. However, I am not so happy with the page border. I can't obviously print gold, so it's brown.
Does anyone know how i might go about pressing the border into the card with gold foil? Is there a cheap way to do it, or is there a company which sells this sort of textured card with art deco style thin gold borders?
For the price of a couple of ink cartridges and my time, I would much rather print them all myself; I just need the stationery to print on!
Thanks in advance.
Martin

I am totally out of my depth here, but wanted to help so I have googled and come up with the following that may be of help. I am sure you have searched these already and they are no good, but just in case they are.
Well done doing your own invites, I tried a similar frugal thing on my birth announcement cards it was rather fun.
Paper
This one has gold borders for printing

I totally missed the wedding thread. I saw marriage and immediately made the assumption.
Could a mod please move this thread to the wedding forum, to save cluttering the marriage one up?

Don't forget to get the text on the invitation approved by the wedding invitation wording police on this board before you go to print.
Particularly anything related to wedding presents.0 -
I found this on another craft forum I belong to
Using word or an image manipulation programme you can get text to look very much like gold or silver. You need to change the RGB (Red Green Blue) values of the colour of the text to be the following
Gold = Red 192 Green 168 Blue 104
Deeper Gold = Red 165 Green 138 Blue 82
Silver = Red 151 Green 151 Blue 168
Copper = Red 205 Green 115 Blue 0
Hope this helps

Print it in a very close colour and buy a sparkly pen to go over the border and give it some sparkle.0
