I haven't looked at the comp but I always thought it was Orange - Richard Of York Gained Battle In Vain (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet) Is that also an option?0
-
I thought it was yellow too

Orange wasn't an option:
it was Green, Yellow and Purple

When I was little we always sang 'red and yellow and.....etc' but I don't think that was the correct way! This is from wiki:
Even though a rainbow spans a continuous spectrum of colours, traditionally the full sequence of colours is most commonly cited and remembered as red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. ("Roy G. Biv" and "Richard Of York Gave Battle In Vain" are popular mnemonics
