Going on anecotal evidence from other people we know with similar-ish setups, it's quite a lot lower than them. We're pretty content with it though, could maybe a reduce it a little if we tried.

Have just worked mine out using reading from today and the same time last year, my average is 17.5UPD. It's a large 4 bedroom house with 2 children (10 and 14) addicted to computer games and TV. Electric cooking and shower but GCH. Nearly always someone in with the TV on most of the day.

Garden pond pump/filter probably help add to the cost.

Ours is 13 a day, then again I home all day, run a large embroidery machine and sewing machine most of the time and have an all electric kitchen, ezhaust fan and the like, cook two hot meals a day. also have CCTV for security purposes on 24/7. I am not complaining..

Mine hovers just under or over 4 kwh a day and rises to maybe 5 in winter .

Omg..we live in a 4 bedroom house much the same as others and I used 36 a day going by bills over the last 12 months...something wrong somewhere

About 400 per cent higher than the average for ahouse with gas CH and DHW..
