tsb bank changed my address as i got a quote from tsb insurance....

have 2 bank accounts, 1 with tsb and 1 halifax. also have home insurance with tsb.
looked at moving and rang tsb insurance to see how much the insurance would change as the house had been flooded in 2007.
fast forward 2 weeks and print off statements for mortage broker and both tsb and halifax have my address as the insurance quote residence!!
rang halifax and they didnt know why and said i had to go into branch to change it and heres £25.
rang tsb and got mugged off 3 times and 40 mins on hold before someone gave me an answer, as i got a quote it changed my address?? and then said the department to change it back is closed and ring again tomo.
got a good mind to close the account and tell them to ram it
