I want one of those non refund

I ordered a item from iwoot.com with a £10 voucher at the end of june.
It was delivered by hermes i was not at home and they left a card saying it was placed in the bin and being bin day it was gone when i got home.
i tried to contact hermes but was told they can not confirm where my parcel had be left and said they can not discuss the parcel with me as i am the received not the sender.
i contacted iwoot and was told to fill in a form of non receipt of goods which i have and sent off as it had to be the 'hard copy' so couldnt email it in. this was the 6th of july and im am still chasing it. the item was a gift for the birth of a baby 3 weeks ago so a bit late if i get the item now.
after reading review of them it looking unlikely ill get the item or a refund anyone had any success with them

Iwoot need to refund you, then claim on the couriers insurance.
You have no contract with Hermes.
