Contacting "Call18866".

Can anybody tell me, how can I speak with someone at "call18866" regarding problems with payments?
My reason for needing to speak with someone, is that they have taken the monthly payment from my Debit Card twice, on the same day, August 1st.
This is plain & simple theft, as there appears to be no means of recovering the 2nd payment.
Any suggestions or ideas will be gratefully received.

Assuming your debit card is linked to a UK bank account, you have a Direct Debit Guarantee. You would have received a copy of the text when you set up the d/d.

If my experience is anything to go by, they'll probably tell you to contact the beneficiary first, which you find impossible, so persist. They should refund you.
