PPI Reclaim fees time limit

I have just heard from a PPI company, Belmont Thornton, regarding a claim they successfully lodged for me a few years ago. They managed to get Lloyds TSB to refund me an amount which went into my bank direct in Sept 2011. Belmont are now writing saying that they did not have their fees as part of deal. The letter from Lloyds agreeing to the refund is almost 2 years ago - dated September 2011. How long have the claims companies got to claw their fees back? Haven't got a problem paying them but think 2 years ago is pushing it a bit?

If you haven't paid them, and you had a contract with them, I doubt there is a time limit. Check your contract and see what it says.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
