I'd call that karma. You sound like a nasty piece of work.Current debt: M&S £0(£2K) , Tesco £0 (£1.5K), Car loan 6K (paid off!) Barclaycard £1.5K (interest free for 18 months)0

Katgrit is spot on.
What a nasty mean selfish person you are OP. No wonder you are in dispute with your MA, because you obviously spend your life making yourself out to be a victim, when in fact you have no moral fibre whatsoever. No doubt you have also fallen out with all your neighbours and anyone else who crosses you. I suppose you feel superior to a childless woman just because you are reproducing.
You need to take a long hard look at yourself. Hopefully you will bring your child up to have a bit more consideration for others than you have, but somehow I doubt it.0 -
I've come to the conclusion that this thread is just a wind-up.0

The post where the OP said they were going to give birth under a bridge (over which, presumably, everyone would continue to trip-trap) was actually pretty good though.0

DH is the sole owner of the flat and we were not even together when he bought it. We made a written enquiry about the lease extension a couple of years ago but the amount quoted was just crazy (freeholder lives in the same house and we are not on good terms!) Honestly we never asked the freeholder about the lease term and when DH bought the flat no-one told him this might be an issue.
So what happened to all the paperwork your o/h had when he bought the flat? Both his solicitor and mortgage company would have had an interest in how long the lease was, so the paperwork should have been available fairly recently.0 -
I love how many people bite with troll posts. Awesome.
Have to say, this is one of the best ever though.0 -

A truly hilarious thread. Surely it has to be a wind up? The OP cannot seriously believe that the prospective buyer has done anything wrong. The OP appears to have misrepresented the property and now whinges and whines about it being the sellers fault.Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.0
