Surely you would only end up with a negative electric bill if you didn't use enough electric? If that was happening with me I would turn off a radiator in a room or two and heat them with an oil filled or buy an eletric car.
What do you mean by net metering? At the end of the FiT in 20 years they check the meter?
I thought in Spain you had to PAY 5c for every kwh generated?
Not sure meter running backwards still happens, there were lots of reports of it 5 years ago, must have fixed it now.0 -

Is that VAT at 5%? If so that's a very good price! Did you manage to get them in the end? The BenQ or Sunpower highwer-wattage panels usually command a premium. On Ebay there is an installer selling a 12x 327W Sunpower system for £6449 installed.
