Basically I cannot access internet using Firefox. So I uninstalled it and using the link some kind person posted for me I have reinstalled it. However, sadly it hasn't made any difference it still wont let me open it. I understand I could go to the Firefox site and click on help etc etc but I cant do any of this because I cant get it to open. I can access the internet through Internet Explorer which seems to be working fine. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Go to firefox options , advanced tab then the network , see if there is a proxy setting, you should have a bullet in no proxy (if not post what the settings are first and then say no proxy, and see if that works). If not Then go to help and select restart firefox with addons disabled see what happens then. If still having difficulties it may be something else , have you run anything like Malwarebytes to see if it picks anything up ? http://www.malwarebytes.org/ (go for the free download)4.8kWp 12x400W Longhi 9.6 kWh battery Giv-hy 5.0 Inverter, WSW facing Essex .
