Breakfast in Portsmouth area

Hi all,
After some help...
OH and I are going to Portsmouth for a short break, and will probably be arriving about 8am ish
Does anyone know anywhere that serves a good breakfast, as it will mean we won't have to stop en route.

Whereabouts in Portsmouth are you arriving? Are you staying at the sort of hotel where you could have breakfast?0

We are driving, so flexible on where in portsmouth. Hotel will be fine for breakfast the following morning, just want somewhere to eat when we arrive0

Capers or Lou Lou's in Southsea (Marmion Road) are quite good for breakfast I believe......we haven't lived in Southsea for 5/6 years but DS still visits friends there frequently and breakfasts out a lot, lol
Not sure I'd recommend anywhere in Portsmouth itself
