viagogo

Does anyone have any clues as to how I can go about claiming back the cost of 2 very expensive tickets to a gig (Beyonce) that never arrived? Viagogo do not reply to emails and have a mailing address in Geneva that they say will not respond to correspondence. Can anyone help, please? It appears I can't use the small claims court as they are based abroad.

I'm assuming you are implying a claim under section 75 of the consumer credit act? If you paid on a credit card for the tickets.

    Did you?
