cant change apple itunes password

not sure if this is the correct place to put this, I need to change my apple iTunes password, I have logged on and it says to reset I need to either have a verification email sent or answer security questions. its that long since I set the questions and it keeps coming up incorrect so I then clicked on send verification email, but no email is coming through!! I have tried it 3 times now, I have checked spam account etc but nothing seems to be there, can anyone help

That would imply they have sent to a previous email address you have since forgotten about. Your last resort is to ring up Apple (in America - The UK call normally passes you onto an american call centre) whereby they will be able to reset the password for you as long as you give them further information such as your physical address, d.o.b, etc.
