Travel insurance for family including over 80's

Please can someone advise what would be our best option. We are due to go abroad next month (we being, me husband 2 children and my 82 year old father in law). Travel insurance for me hubby n kids is not a problem but for over 80's is a pain and I am confused. What would be the best option? SUggestions,ideas most welcome.

Having just turned 65 I was shocked by how much even my premium increased. I kept detail of an article in the Telegraph; some months ago so maybe a little out of date, but it follows below; also, check the insurance offered by Banks on the back of their current accounts - Nationwide are good.
