Chess Telecom - Stay Away

Customer service ive never experienced anything like rude and arrogant.

I left my service provider of 6 yrs BT of whom i was happy with In Jan 2013 as i was told by the sales agent from Chess Telecom they could offer me the same service but for a lower price and having lost my job as a mortgage adviser and losing my partner in June 2012 aged 42 i was looking to save money as i had my 10 yr old daughter to take care of the switch was the worst decision of my life the first monthly bill was 25% above what i paid at BT and with their terrible customer service i switched back to BT.

Since then they have taken me to court for breaking contract and i now have bailiffs chasing me for £3.500 how companies like this are allowed to trade is a disgrace, STAY WELL CLEAR.

If they've been to court and won, then the courts agreed with them, not you.

Did you defend the case and put your side of things?

Everyone must be made aware of this company, they are sooooo bad, we must unite and drive the scumbags out of existence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Find all available means to send the message and protect ourselves

Please read my post again, In June 2012 I lost my partner aged 42 and this was a massive blow to me and my 10yr old daughter and still is today!
No i did not fight this court case and this was my downfall, firstly i didn't think companies like this were able to just make contracts up at will and make them stick in a court of law, and secondly i wasn't sure i wanted to carry on with my life after losing my partner so young only knowing my daughter needed me kept me going. I was in a place that i pray no one else will experience so fighting Chess Telecom at that time was not top of my list and i doubt it would be top of yours.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss.

However a mortgage adviser who thinks that contracts won't stick in a court of law?

Well lets hope something comes your way buddy to turn your world upside down and then you will no the hell me and my daughter went through and just incase you missed the point it was the sudden death of my partner that made me make the silly decision to join Chess Telecom as i needed to save money plus i had other things to deal with , so lets hope it comes your way I really hope it does after you stupid comment and we will see where your ego is.
