Slimfast boss is a billionaire

Yes he is and mostly on the back of a discredited diet plan.
I wonder what Slimming World and weight watchers are making out of poor people.

    Really there is no need for these over-inflated products. Some make you more hungry and others fool you with smaller packs or swap one nasty ingredient for another.

    Just weigh up your own portions of normal food!

    That's why I do 5:2 - I don't pay anyone for anything and I save money as I don't buy as much ;):rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    So, tell us something we don't know.

    What is your point?

    I would think the post is so someone who might contribute to the millions reads it and thinks twice.

    I thought that Slimfast was owned by Unilever, which in turn is owned by it's shareholders.

    Do you have a link to prove your point, please?

    Thanks, I'd never heard of him. But good luck to him. The Amazon comments make him seem like a superb businessman who had an idea which worked. I've used such things as Slimfast before, and if it helps, it helps. I'd rather that people were slimmer rather than fat and unhappy (if that's what they are!) and if they need this to do so, then he has earned his money.

    It's good to hear of a hugely rich businessman having such good ethics and being such a good employer.

    Of course, the idea that you must use fewer calories than you take in is axiomatic, and that's why I'm losing the 4 kgs that will bring me back down to my medically-sound weight, by using the 5:2 diet.

    But, anyway, he no longer owns Slimfast, so if people want to spend money on this, they are making pension fund shareholders and ordinary people richer. So all good! :)

    Not always easy. Your mind will slow up your metabolism to conserve energy and nutrients if it thinks it is being starved.
