Finally found pair the perfect pair of ceiling lights on Debenhams website. Placed order on Monday afternoon and lights arrived by 3pm on Wednesday. Wonderful service plus P&P was free. Very impressed by their great service and will certainly order from them again.:T

I don't rate then personally.

I usually opt for the collect-from-store service and it is really, really slow... so, I feel less than impressed.

I ordered some pieces of Denby from Debenhams and some from John Lewis both for collection in store and both ordered the same day (In fact, Debenhams order was made 2 hours before the JL one)... JL came the day after whereas Debenhams took 6 days.

Sorry your experience wasn't good. We didn't have the option to collect from store but fortunately we wanted them delivered. Maybe it was 1st time luck for us but still a very happy customer.

Glad you are happy but in my experience they are the worst company I have ever dealt with for internet shopping.

Twice recently they have failed to refund items returned to them despite admitting they had received them. It took many phone calls and a few months before I was refunded.

I avoid them like the plague now.
