Hi everyone, I am with Scottish power currently. I have today been informed that my electricity meter is faulty and has stopped working. They guesstimate it was Oct of last year. If a tenant had rigged the electric meter and the landlord gets it replaced before the new tenant moves in and after the new tenant tells the landlord he hasn't received a electric bill for 2 years even after contacting the electric company a couple time initially ....who is responsible for this??
