Cold Call Hospitality box

My elderly parents who are great rugby fans received a cold call from a company HS&BC. My parent heard HSBC and thought as long standing customers of the bank they were being offered discount box at an international rugby game.
After closer inspection it was hopsitalilty away from the ground and was not what they first thought and clearly not an offer from their bank.
They had signed a booking form received by fax that it is so small you need a magnifying glass to read the small print.
Two days later they tried to cancel and were informed that they would have to pay 50% of the balance.
After talking on the telephone with HS&BC they have agreed to lower this fee as good will.
I feel they were tricked into thinking it was a company they knew and trusted and were tricked into sign an unreadable document.
I am lost what to do, do we pay the agreed lower amount to get rid of them.
Also their current website is underconstruction, and I have been to their offices which are a terrible shambles which made me cancel the request.
Oh my such a mess.
