Shed order from Kybotech

Hi,
Am posting here, partly to vent some frustration, because of a current shed order placed with Garden Buildings Direct (Kybotech).
Order was placed on 22nd July and all the marketing gumpf said I would receive it in 5-10 days with promises of frequesnt updates. Did not hear anything by day 4 so emailed them (ignored), emailed day 5 (ignored), then I receive an email confirming delivery on day 11 - Monday 5th August between 6am and 7pm.
I tell them I can't do that and they suggest Saturday delivery for £60. I email back Monday 12th August which two different departments confirm as correct and booked. I book the time off work for the 12th.
I then received an email the following day advising delivery was scheduled for the 7th August. When I argued the point about it being already booked on the 12th, they said no, its the 7th???
Can't seem to get hold of anyone on the phone, just rings and rings, am at work anyway. Emails being ignored again...
Has anyone else had any experience of this company??? I am half tempted to kick up a ruckuss on social media or write to the directors. Maybe I am naive but i cannot BELIEVE a company can be so unprofessional in 2013 and survive...crazy.
It's driving me mad, i just KNOW whatever date they give confirm, I am going to take time off work , wait in all day and it won't arrive....so regret being drawn in by a shiny website
