A few weeks ago I sent back my almost year old Logitech G7 mouse because it was occasionally double clicking with single clicks. Scan no longer stock the G7 so they gave an MX Revolution when I asked for it which is a more expensive mouse. Fast and no hassle or quibble at all. I pretty much just use scan nowadays and their customer service certainly encourages me to continue using them.
