Help has been given - she needs to contact the AGC.

Unless you have anything further to add?
  • In the first instance, you need to write a formal letter (or e-mail) of complaint to Luckypants.
If you are not happy with their response, you then ask them to forward all of the correspondance to the Alderney gambling control commission. (or you can send all of the paperwork to them yourself).

What happens if the operator has not dealt with my complaint to my satisfaction?

If you are not satisfied with
the resolution offered by the operator, the complaint and all relevant
correspondence can be forwarded to the AGCC for arbitration. The Commission will acknowledge your complaint

After that: We will update you on progress after we have been in
    communication with the operator.
We will write to you with a “preliminary determination” of your complaint,
which will identify our opinion of your complaint and a proposed resolution.

I cannot see you having much luck with the Alderney Gaming Commision.

How much did you deposit? The fiver?
    What bonus did they add?
Did you use your fiver for the game? or had it run out?
