Best cleaner for cat urine?

I have a 10 year old cat who has been caught spraying 3 times in the house this summer:mad:
He has never (to my knowledge) done this before, he was neutered as a kitten but we have been letting him out in the garden (he is usually a house cat) and he is exchanging scents with a local cat so I guess he is now marking the house as his too again:mad:
So what is the best cleaner to get rid of catpee and residual smells?

Urine off - bought mine from Amazon. Its brilliant. Tried bio washing powder, using a steam mop etc but Urine off also leaves something behind to stop the cats using the spot again.
I know this as I've used my steam mop on the spot much later and then he's done it again there so I re spray. Now when I steam mop I spray a bit of Urine off afterwardsThe Cabbage

Another vote for Urine Off.
When mine started urinating on my bed sheets (!!!) I used Vanish powder in the washing machine with my usual liquitabs.
Worked a treat.I have a simple philosophy:
Fill what's empty. Empty what's full. Scratch where it itches.

Urine Off is amazing, but most biological detergents work as they contain enzymes to break down the acid and proteins in the urine.0

Also go ask at your local cattery/kennels. We have strong stuff that kills everything to sanitise each pen between animals, they may get you some or sell you a small amount. We buy in bulk so it wouldn't hurt to pop some in a spray bottle if you were to take one along.TO FINISH LAST, FIRST YOU HAVE TO FINISH....0

I've been using this for the past couple of weeks and I've found it to be great. The lavender one smells yummy too:
