Just wanted to post a warning to others.
I bought some wardrobe boxes for a house move from this company.
They were very flimsy. When I put the first one together and put 10 hangers of clothes in it, it collapsed! (Supposed to hold 25 garments.)
I sent a polite e-mail to say i was not happy with the quality and was completely ignored.
I mailed to say I am exercising my rights under The Distance Selling Regulations to cancel the order and asking for a refund - and was completely ignored.
I have now mailed to say unless they respond I will ask my bank to do a Mastercard chargeback. So far, I've been completely ignored.
So don't buy from them, with such a disregard for customers they don't deserve your business.
