tank driving with tank mainia via " into the blue"

:oSorry if this is in the wrong place just needa bit of advice.Went to do a tank driving day on Sat which did not at all meet the description advertised and due to the man who was running it I felt way to intimidated to complain on the day.Into the blue have offered half back £97 but we paid £200 plus a £20 spectators fee and £10 for a cd of photos which arrived this am in a normal envelope and was broken.Ihave asked for a full refund but not sure if " into the blue" feel they are responsible.I think they are as they sold us the goods which were nowhere near up to the description and thenthey should recoup the money from Tank Mania??:( Any comments would be gratefully recieved !!

Did you drive a tank? If so then I very much doubt you will get more than 50% back without some extraordinary circumstances, take the money.0
