Thanks fairyclicks, that's good to hear -- I was sort of thinking it was too easy and like I would be cheating if I added it to my signature :)

I'm going to be putting it towards a washing machine after ours broke 2 days before we went away!

Today I bought new car insurance from Aviva through Top Cashback which is £30 cheaper than last year, and there's supposed to be £71 cashback, which it says has tracked and will take 30 days to be paid so fingers crossed.

I'm counting £3.10 today for Cash for Clothes.

I don't know if I should count the £30 saved on my car insurance, I feel like I could, is that right? (Sorry to be a pain!) If so I could also add a saving on my gas bill after switching suppliers last month.

I don't need to pay anything off touch wood but I'm doing my best to boost an income after a year of hardly being able to work through grief and serious illness.

I'm also going to keep adding little bits to eBay each day this week. Can't believe the 2 bids I have had today have been for a pair of tights and a girl's swimming costume. . .

Onwards and upwards, thanks for all the inspiration

*Dashes off to add £127 to signature* xx

I'm so behind on posting in this thread - and to be honest, completing the challenge. I will be happy with £200 this month at this rate.

Currently at £91.25 which is eBay, tax refund, Quidco and a few small mystery shops.

Now to go and catch up!

Suzi, I live in South Devon and we are inundated with students, there are about 15 schools to choose from! The only thing is you may need to host during peak weeks as a new host to entitle you to host throughout the year...peak weeks were throughout July :o can't harm giving you school a ring and ask though, they can only say no. If there's none in your area try at the local uni of get in a lodger? Hope theis helps :o

Thank you Nat that's a great help, its not something we can commit to right now as we wouldn't be able to provide everything they need but it's great to know the info for the future. A lodger might be the next step for us because we would be able to afford our own place if we had extra income from a lodger :D
Thank you suzi! He is currently in 2nd place, so if anyone fancies voting for him please feel free :D

Right I had a peek and I think the only thing that I can declare is the £7.81 that has now come from webuyb*oks.
I hope that I will have a few peeps at my class tonight and then I will be able to declare some more pennies later :D

Does anyone know what's happened to the Amazon site. I tried all day yesterday to get the site to load and I'm having the same problem today. I want to use some of my gift vouchers on a new camera for our holiday in September.

  • I have sold my bread maker on ebay for £68.00 this after noon and over the last few days made £6 .00 on a website I visit, plus I am awaiting money on topcashback site. This brings my running total to £115.60, close to my goal finally, I was getting worried I wasn't even going to get half way towards it.

Can someone explain to me about shop and scan and things where you get cashback just from normal everyday high street shopping? I have no idea how these work but I would like to start doing it :)
