Egg ppi upheld but problem with change of name

Hi All
In need of some advice please. My recent complaint re: mis-selling of PPI was upheld which is great. The problem however is proving my change of name which is now different to when I took out my loan as I'm now married.
I provided Canada Square operations with my initial complaint, a certified copy of my marriage certificate (which is handwritten and on the special paper). I received notification that they would uphold my complaint but will not send me the refund I am due unless I provide them with a marriage certificate.
After speaking to a useless woman at CSO she basically told me that the certified copy of my MC which I sent was not 'original', and that I needed to send an original. Following this I called up my registrar to check and they confirmed to me that the certified copies I paid for could not be more original. I then saw my solicitor who took a photocopy of the ceritfied copy, and stamped and signed the photocopy.
I wrote to CSO accepting the refund and included yet again the same certified copy of my MC, as well as the photocopy that my solicitor signed. They have since come back to me today to advise:
in order to arrange for your refund to be paid, we require:
- valid name change documentation, which must be an original or certified copy of one of the following:
1. marriage certificate
2. deed poll certification
3. statutory declaration
4. decree absolute
5. photo page on an in-date passport (Certified copy only)
Am I missing something here? Anyone else have any advice on this or had the same thing? with thanks!
