received DSIR and have found PPI...

just wondering what i should do next?

I have been dealing with getting these details regarding my egg loans from up to 10 years ago and have finally received the DSIR from Canada Square Operations.

After trawling through about 500 sheets of paper i have found evidence of PPI paid on 3 separate loans. I was told over the phone that i would get these loans easier if i paid the PPI but now i know that wasnt the case.

I have the account numbers but to be honest my head is so full of numbers and questions now that i dont really know which form to send off next in order to actually reclaim the money

Can anybody help me?

Many thanks, Matt

Hi Matt, you can do the claim over the phone, you only need the loan account numbers and reasons for mis sell.
If these loans were taken out to repay the first and so on, these are consolidation loans and would have been Single Premium PPI.
Your reasons for mis sell for these would be the above, the fact the PPI was a loan on the loans to be repaid to term with interest and when you repaid one loan you would have received a rebate of the PPI but the remaining PPI would have been repaid by you in the settlement figure.
If you prefer to do the claim by post, use the FOS PPI reclaim form, make sure you make a copy in case this goes to FOS at a later date.

If you need any more help just ask.
