We get error code 404 when trying to download FMA (Float's Mobile Agent) onto my son's PC. Does anyone know what this means & how to fix it? We were advised to download this when buying the DATA DCU-60 cable.
Do we really need to download this software if he just wants to put MP3's onto his phone from his PC? He has a Data DCU-60 cable for connecting his phone to the PC....
