Hi techie's please help me choose a laptop.

Hi I have a list here on the Very website, I have to buy from here unfortunately because we are skint and we can pay it off monthly not ideal I know as sometimes the prices are inflated.

But please can someone look through this list and recommend one of these sub £300 laptops, I have searched each one on google and every one is conflicting.

We need it for surfing fb, G+, emails, youtube and watching catch up thats about it really. Needs a webcam too which I think they all have.

I understand what you are saying but we do not have £300 in our pocket to spend all at once, so thats why I need to do it this way.

Don't think you do, the point was it's not a good idea to choose a laptop from a one inch square picture, as the feel of them can be very different - so the suggestion meant, go and look at the same models, or similar in a shop, and then come back with a shortlist.

i3 (or an earlier intel) 4GB 500MB or better is fine.
