ppi help on questionnaire

evening
looking to claim back from barclays ppi from 2 old loans...got the accounts numbers and the ppi numbers...but on the questionnaire i been sent,there only room to put down one account number...any ideas where i put the other one!!...on the form i got from the bank,it tell me to only fill in one questionnaire...
any ideas would be very helpful

Put both account numbers if your reasons for mis sell are the same, they will look at both, you do not need the PPI numbers.0

recieved my forms from lloydstsb to claim and inside the questionaire was a note:- if you need more forms please photocopy this blank one..so i did fair do's to them for telling me i didn't think of that :-)
Here's hoping for a quick response from them,i've no idea how long they take to make a decision

hi not sure who to send my claim to as mortgage was with northern rock and ppi was with legal and general the agents have all ceased trading so do I now claim from NRAM or legal and general.

If it was pre 2005 you give up as it is pre-regulation and you have no-one to complain to.
If it was post 2005, you complain to the broker (who no longer exists). Or you complain to L&G if it was an agent of L&G or to the FSCS if it was an independent. NRAM have no liability.
Be aware only 5% of complaints at the FSCS are upheld against mortgage advisers. If it is an L&G agent then they will typically only uphold single premium MPPI.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
