PPI refund calculation help (refianced loans)

Hi everyone :)

This site is great, I've trawled threads but just can't find what I need. Can anyone help me calculate PPI refund due on a chain of 3 loans refinancing each other or direct me to a calculator I can use?

I'm having trouble with Lloyds, I originally complained in Feb & they've upheld the mis-sold PPI complaint on 2 of the 3 loans and given a part, average, payment (which I didn't accept but they sent anyway). Reason they didn't refund in full originally is because, they said, they didn't have the paperwork going back to 1992. This was very strange as I'd sent it to them so I sent it again but I've not heard a word in the past 3+ months apart from standard letters. This complaint has been going on over 5 months now, I have no idea if/when they will resolve it and can't get through to them on the phone so was thinking of filing a small claims court claim, if only I could work out exactly what the amount should be lol. Any help would be greatly appreciated !

I would persevere with Lloyds if they are asking for more time, I presume that is what the standard letters means?.
You will not be able to work out the total redress due unless you know what they rebated when you refinanced these loans.

You should get the whole PPI amount back for each loan, less the PPI you did not pay when you settled early plus the 8% less the rebate amounts for each.

If Lloyds are still dealing with this the court could possibly not look at this.
