Who is PCS? Parking Collection Services by any chance? Who are DRP aka Debt Recovery Plus in a different dress!

If they are not abiding by the BPA AOS COP then they have illegally obtained your details!

Who issued the original parking charge?

Ah this is way better than I had hoped for. Let's hope that we can stop them soon before they try to hassle more people for fines that were months ago! I will fwd an email (which has my chain of emails to PCS) to those two addresses. Thanks :)

Yeah it is Parking Collection Services! The charge was issued through ANPR, who manages the land there. I thought that might be the case! They shouldn't be able to seek people's information if they're not going to follow the BPA Code.

Thanks to everyone who posted on here - I'll keep you updated :)

ANPR? Is this ANPR Ltd, ANPR PC Ltd or ANPR Parking Services Ltd (all different companies)?

Whilst we know that the OP is not in Scotland does that mean that the original "parking event" was not in Scotland either or Northern Ireland for that matter?
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
