Hi there,
Pretty sure I posted this topic last night, but can't find it now. I'm wondering if i may have unknowingly breached a rule for the number of topics or something and its been removed, so I won't go into detail.
Just wondered what people's views are on buying on the above, and if there are any things I need to know of importance before going ahead or not going ahead with a sale. I think its historic, and there was a railway station, gas works and factory in that area.
Thanks a lot

And this http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=62688566&postcount=8 is the post in the initial other thread. It's really best to keep things to a single post.0
