Judopay? legitimate?

Have any of you guys used judopay in the past. I've been using them a couple of months and I've been chargedbacked about £700 out of £1500 worth of transactions. Has anyone else had any experience with these guys. I feel like I've been robbed. I talked to a friend and he said it was because they don't require pin numbers with their transactions like every other card processor.

You never need pin numbers on Internet card payments. The highest level of security for internet transactions would be the use of 3D secure, CVV and AVS.

Even if you used all of those your customers could still initiate chargebacks. What reasons are being given for the chargeback? Is it how it appears on their statements or is it just dodgy customers?

I have been using judopay for a few months now. I find it is really useful for me to use as a back-up when out at my fairs etc. It is simple to use and low cost compared to if I had a 'traditional' fixed fee terminal - I just wouldn't use it enough to cover the costs!

The system they use is essentially like making a payment online and you are never asked for a pin number when buying something online?? This captures the same set of card information from the customer.

Chargeback's are a risk that any business taking card payments must accept. They can just as easily happen if you have used a chip and pin terminal I believe?
