    I personally wouldn't buy a house if it didn't have a bath or room without much hassle. Would prefer a separate toilet too.

    its up to you , I love having a bath but it wouldn't put me off buying a house that hasn't got one,

    as for conservatory, personally I think they are a waste of space but that's me,

    hope the house is as nice for you in real life

    to many houses we looked at came nothing close to what they looked like on the photo's,

    I would not even look at a house without a bath, or at least at a price (and space) that i could factor in putting one in.
    It is because i have two children (one a few weeks old) who use the bath. If i was single, or had no children i don't think it would bother me too much as i cannot remember ever having a bath in the 6 years I have lived in my current house.

    I personally would like a bath tub especially if water isn't metered :D
